What to expect
The day begins at 9 am with pick up at Bohemia Hotel Boutique, at 9.30 you are recieve with a traditional breakfast consisting of mate, tortitas raspaditas, manteca and dulce de leche, then we prepare our fires and our meats continued by vegetables and breads that will acompany with our meal.
You will learn how to prepare local cocktails followed by a professional wine tasting,
now is time to attend our preparations and learn how to plate like a cheff. To finish the class, you will prepare and taste a traditional dessert.
